1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using any part of the s333 platform — including the website at s333.bio, any associated mobile interfaces, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Platform") — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any other rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", or "you") and s333 ("s333", "we", "us", or "our"). If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

s333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, s333 will provide reasonable advance notice to registered users via email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform after any such changes have taken effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for updates.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use the s333 Platform you must meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. s333 strictly prohibits minors from accessing, registering, or wagering on the Platform under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online casino and sports betting activity is not explicitly prohibited for you personally.
• You must not be acting on behalf of a third party. All accounts must be registered, funded, and operated by the account holder exclusively.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, or immediate family member of s333 or any of its technology, payment, or gaming partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are subject to any legal incapacity, you are prohibited from registering an account.

s333 implements age verification as part of its KYC (Know Your Customer) process. All new accounts are required to submit valid identity documentation confirming date of birth before any withdrawal is permitted. Where age verification cannot be completed satisfactorily, the account will be suspended and any balance will be held pending resolution.

3. Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To access the full functionality of the s333 Platform, including placing bets and playing casino games, you must create a registered account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, and a valid email address. Providing false information during registration is a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on the s333 Platform. Creating multiple accounts — whether under your own name or under aliases — in order to claim duplicate bonuses, circumvent account restrictions, or for any other purpose, is strictly prohibited. s333 employs automated and manual checks to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited without notice.

3.3 KYC Verification

s333 is required to carry out identity verification on all accounts. The KYC process may be initiated at registration, before any withdrawal is processed, or at any other time at s333's discretion. Acceptable identity documents include:

• National ID card (NID) issued by the Bangladesh Election Commission
• Valid Bangladeshi passport
• Driving licence issued by the Bangladesh Road Transport Authority (BRTA)

Proof of address documentation — such as a utility bill, bank statement, or official letter — dated within the last three months may also be requested. All documents must be submitted in clear, unedited digital format. s333 reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time.

3.4 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for the security of your account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. s333 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where such access resulted from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify s333 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposits

s333 accepts deposits via the following payment methods for Bangladesh-based players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits made via bKash and Nagad are typically credited to your s333 wallet within seconds of a successful transaction confirmation.

All deposits must be made from a payment account or method that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — that is, deposits funded from an account belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited. Where a third-party deposit is identified, s333 reserves the right to void any associated winnings and return the deposit to the originating payment method.

4.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, subject to technical limitations. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. All withdrawal requests are subject to the completion of KYC verification as described in Section 3.3. s333 aims to process withdrawal requests within 30 minutes for mobile money channels (bKash, Nagad, Rocket) during normal operating conditions, though processing times may vary.

s333 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on any withdrawal request before processing. Where a withdrawal is held for review, the player will be notified and given the opportunity to provide any additional information required. s333 will not process withdrawals to accounts or payment methods that do not match the registered account holder's identity.

4.3 Currencies

All transactions on the s333 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT). s333 does not accept or process transactions in any other currency at this time.

4.4 Fees

s333 does not charge any internal fees on deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider (e.g., bKash, Nagad, your bank) may apply their own transaction charges. s333 is not responsible for any fees levied by third-party payment providers.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

s333 offers a range of bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall take precedence for that promotion only.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise specified, all bonus funds awarded by s333 are subject to a wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and the list of eligible games contributing to that requirement are specified in the individual promotion terms. Games may contribute to wagering requirements at different percentages — for example, slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino table games may contribute at a reduced rate.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

s333 strictly prohibits any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses more than once; using low-risk, mathematically certain wagering strategies to meet rollover requirements while minimising genuine risk; and colluding with other players to manipulate bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is identified, s333 reserves the right to void all bonus funds and associated winnings, and to permanently close the offending account.

5.4 Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds that are not wagered within the time limit specified in the applicable promotion terms will expire and be removed from the account balance automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 Sports Betting

All sports bets placed on the s333 sportsbook are subject to the specific event rules applicable to the sport and market in question. s333 reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that is subsequently cancelled, abandoned, or does not meet the minimum completion requirements for that market. Voided bets are returned to the player's wallet at the original stake amount.

In the event of a technical error that results in an incorrect price or market being displayed, s333 reserves the right to void any bets placed at the erroneous price. s333 will make reasonable efforts to notify affected players promptly.

6.2 Casino Games

All casino games available on the s333 Platform — including slots, live dealer tables, crash games, and fishing games — are provided by independent third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. These studios operate under their own independent certification and compliance obligations. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNGs) and are not influenced by s333 in any way.

In the event of a disconnection during a live casino game or active slots session, the game state will be recorded server-side. Upon reconnection, the game will resume from the last recorded state or the round will be settled based on the outcome already determined server-side before the disconnection occurred.

6.3 Maximum Winnings

s333 reserves the right to impose maximum payout limits on individual bets, games, or events. Where applicable, such limits will be disclosed in the game or market interface. Any winnings in excess of stated maximum payout limits may be capped at the maximum amount at s333's sole discretion.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the s333 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account or allowing another person to register an account on your behalf
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or KYC
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to facilitate any criminal offence
• Attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game, bet, or market through collusion, software manipulation, data scraping, or any other means
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the Platform in ways not explicitly permitted
• Making deposits from payment accounts that are not registered in your own name
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical errors to gain an unfair advantage — any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing s333 staff or other players via any communication channel
• Attempting to access another player's account without their knowledge or consent
• Engaging in any conduct that s333 reasonably considers to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or its other users

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Suspension by s333

s333 reserves the right to suspend or restrict any account at any time and without prior notice if it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, bonus abuse, prohibited conduct as described in Section 7, or any activity that may damage the integrity of the Platform or its other users. During a suspension period, the player may not place bets, deposit, or withdraw funds.

8.2 Closure by s333

Where an investigation into a suspended account confirms a breach of these Terms, s333 may permanently close the account. Upon permanent closure for cause, s333 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance where that balance includes funds derived from prohibited activity, bonus abuse, or fraudulent conduct. Where a balance represents legitimate deposited funds unconnected to any breach, s333 will use reasonable endeavours to return those funds to the originating payment method after deducting any applicable costs of investigation.

8.3 Voluntary Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting s333 support at [email protected]. Before a voluntary closure is processed, any pending bets will be settled according to their natural outcomes, and any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to your registered payment method. Voluntary closure requests related to responsible gaming — including self-exclusion — are treated with priority and will be processed within one business day of the request being received.

8.4 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if it has had no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months or more. s333 will attempt to contact the registered email address before any dormancy policy is applied. s333 reserves the right to apply a monthly maintenance fee to dormant accounts.
